Getting Started
Set up and begin processing freight documents.
Introduction
LoadPilot turns freight documents into structured shipment data. Instead of retyping load tenders and rate confirmations into spreadsheets, your team uploads a document, reviews the extracted fields, and exports clean records. This guide walks through your first document end to end.
Your first document upload
From the dashboard, choose Upload and drag in a PDF, PNG, or JPG up to 25 MB. LoadPilot validates the file, stores it securely, and queues it for extraction. You’ll see the document move from Uploaded to Processing to Review as it progresses.
Understanding shipment extraction
Extraction reads each page and returns typed fields, pickup, delivery, dates, weight, rate, commodity, and equipment, each with a confidence score. Fields the model is unsure about are flagged so reviewers know exactly where to focus.
Reviewing results
The review screen shows the original document beside the extracted fields. Confirm the values, edit anything that needs fixing, then approve. Every edit is captured in the audit trail for future reference.
Exporting data
Once a shipment is approved, export it to Excel, CSV, or JSON in a click. Exports are generated on demand and saved to your export history so you can re-download them anytime.
